AIgovela

AI governance

Can we use this AI, and on what conditions?

AIgovela is used for every new use of AI, from a writing assistant to a recruitment tool. A screening finds the company's role and the AI Act classification and stops prohibited practices at once. The business answers for purpose, oversight and data, and the IT provider, either the internal IT function or an external supplier, answers a separate technical review.

How it works

Four steps from questions to decision

  1. 1

    Describe the use case

Which AI, which tool, what it will be used for, and which role is accountable for it.

  2. 2

    Screen it

The company's role under the AI Act and the classification: prohibited, high-risk, transparency obligations or other AI. A prohibited practice stops here.

  3. 3

    Two assessments

The business answers for ownership, AI Act obligations, data protection and operation. When integration, hosting or new data access is needed, the IT provider answers the technical review.

  4. 4

    Two decisions

The business decides on the use case, and the IT provider decides on technical admission, so it is always clear who is accountable for what.

Good to know

Before you start

No personal data needed

No personal data is needed for AIgovela to work. Responsibilities are recorded as functions and roles, not names. Each assessment can be exported to keep a copy or to share it with colleagues.

What the results mean

AIgovela supports the assessment and shows where each requirement comes from. It is not legal advice: the decision, and the responsibility for compliance, stay with the organisation.

See a worked example

AIgovela includes a fictional AI use case, a CV screening assistant classified as high-risk, with a completed assessment. Choose "Open example" in the tool to see how it works before you register your own use case.
